Does eating salted fish gain weight?

A reader asks: We used to eat fish and herring on Eid, can eating these types increase weight?

Dr. Osama Hafni, consultant of physiotherapy and obesity treatment, answers: "The skewer is salted bori fish and the good species of it are the ones that are placed in fresh salt on the same day of fishing, and the more salt is the better than some think, salt kills harmful bacteria in the vesicle."

Herring is smoked and salted fish, and smoking, if healthy, also helps kill bacteria, so eating herring is healthier than a hatchet.

The person who eats the vesicle must make sure of its quality, the rotten mosaic has serious damage, where it is highly toxic, and may kill the human if not treated immediately, and should be careful to take the mosaic for those who suffer from kidney problems, because the excess salt in the skewer sought to be taken out by the kidneys.

Those who follow a diet should not eat too much of the vesicle and herring and maximum 50 grams with half a loaf of brown, and they should not drink soda water of any kind with food or after, and they should eat more vegetables with it such as lettuce, watercress or parsley.
