8 Painless Ways to Cut Carbs

The Atkins diet reached its peak in 2004, and although it has since been replaced by stylish new ways to lose weight, it has had a lasting impact on how people view weight loss. Atkins suggests that nutrition reduces their carbohydrate intake. But that can be more difficult than it sounds. Here are some simple ways to eliminate carbohydrates from your diet without sacrificing all your favorite foods.

1. Lose Juice - Fruit juice is not as healthy as most people think. It has no fruit fiber, and even fruit juice is 100% loaded with sugar and carbohydrates. Removing fruit juice from your diet can eliminate any source of carbohydrates you may not have noticed.

2. Cut the Crust - While pizza is a great relaxation, most pizza crackers are high in fine white flour, which is a major carbohydrate offender. If you can't resist the pizza, choose a thin crust of the deep dish. You can still make cheese and tomato sauce without drinking carbohydrates.

3. Pack It Up - Decorating sandwiches and burgers is one of the hardest things to go with low carb. But if you "think outside the bun," you can still enjoy as many flavors as you like, just low carb. Settlement? Spoon substitutes for wraps on your burger or bread on your turkey sandwich. You will drastically lower your carbohydrate content and still have something to grasp.

4. Your Spaghetti Substitute — Spiralizer is a kitchen remodel you never knew you needed — and it's affordable, with many going for under $ 30. (or any other form), making a great substitute for carbohydrate paste that you don't eat.

5. Replace Your Rice, like pasta, is a heavy carb starch found in many dishes. But you don't have to give up on Chinese or Indian foods completely because you count carbohydrates. Try subbing in riced cauliflower. It has the same texture and absorption, and when it's loaded with curry or broccoli meat, you can't see the difference.

6. Change Your Chips - Potato chips are one of the most difficult snacks to release. If you want the problem, try the kale chips, which offer the same consistency with fewer carbohydrates and many other health benefits. You can also make your own by slicing kale in olive oil, separating leaves on a baking sheet, and throwing them in the oven until they are fresh.

7. Go with Protein for breakfast - While healthy breakfast cereals like granola and high carb oatmeat are carbohydrates. But if you start your day with protein, especially eggs, you won't die on the wrong foot. Eating protein early in the day also starts your digestive system and helps you start burning fat when you exercise.

8. Skip Starch - Although you need vegetables to stay healthy on your low-carb diet, you want to avoid the type of barley. Potatoes are unclear, but so are sweet potatoes, though not healthy. Other berries are creamy berries including carrots, nuts, and corn. Next time you need vegetables or you want to add something to the salad, it goes to pepper, broccoli, asparagus, or artichoke.

Both paleo and keto diets both take pages from Atkins's book by suggesting that you reduce carbohydrates. If you follow one of these diets, or many others recommend a reduced carbohydrate intake, the tips above can help!
