Do You Have Tummy Fat That Won't Budge?

Are you tired of figuring out a way to hide the 'top muffin'? you? If your answer is yes, read above ... 'Peak muffin' come from everywhere and the potential nightmares for every woman's wardrobe - let's face it, they don't look or feel good, so where do they come from and how do you get rid of them? Our food chain is the main cause, but not for the reasons you might think. We all know that high sugar / high fat foods lead to weight gain, but let's take it one step further. Fine Foods and Food Additives make things worse.

The problem is that our environment has changed - the supermarket is a farm full of processed foods designed by food technicians to provide maximum profit and (often) negligible nutritional value. One of the main problems is the fact that fruits and vegetables produce lower profits. The default environment for food is inexpensive, packaged, packaged snacks. All we have to do is make healthy food the norm with outsider junk food.

Be careful about the "healthy snack" revolution

Healthy snacks come from Mother Nature, unrefined and unprocessed ... apples, pears, peaches, grapes, avocados and the list goes on. If you want to, you can actually 'use food to cure' it. and take your nutrition intake higher.

An interesting area that can help you lose weight is through the use of 'Super Foods', which is a raw, nutrient-rich diet full of antioxidants and is usually low in sugar with low GI. They create a great weight loss toll as they block the appetite, prevent hunger and stabilize energy, change mood and excess fat storage ... to list a few.

I have been searching high and low to find alternative "healthy snacks" free from trans fatty acids (TFA's) and full of nutritional benefits to help you take on more health. Incorporating Super Foods, such as Nopal, and Mesquite powder into your diet, even in something as simple as a smoothie, can help to prevent sugar intake, balance blood sugar levels, and they are great for helping relieve stomach fat that simply won't change.

With processed snacks, your body can be easily deprived of nutrition and wellness.

Improving the quality of packaged, preserved, non-food foods is a solution - vitamins enriched or not, high sugar content in flavored drinks or "snack bars" are still having a negative effect. Similarly, "healthy" snack foods are often filled with trans-fats and are often made from fast-absorbable carbohydrates that destroy your hormones and cause an unbalanced weight gain around your middle. They may be low in fat, but you need to consider what takes the place of fat: is it refined carbohydrates and food additives?

With trans fat being a major component of our food chain, the prevalence of medical conditions such as diabetes, obesity, heart disease and cancer is increasing. Over the long term, they disrupt your body's ability to absorb and use good fat and promote fatty body tissue to synthesize small amounts of testosterone and related hormones. It plays an important role in hormone imbalances such as Polycystic Ovarian Disorder, Fibroid, Endometriosis, PMT, menopausal symptoms & low libido.

So how is the harm done?

Draw like this. Trans fatty acids (TFA's) prevent essential fatty acids (derived from fish and nuts - important for balancing sex hormones) from absorbing properly and entering the cell wall. So they have to find somewhere else to go.

Stomach ache starts ...

Over time, more TFA blocks more cells - so new fat cells need to be built to keep them - so you get fatter. They also block the potential of insulin to bind cells, causing them to circulate in the blood. This causes excess insulin in the bloodstream. The decision? Terrible hunger, low energy, head light, mood swings and tears. You need to eat, and you need to eat carbohydrates to satisfy hunger.

Unfortunately, the top of the muffin appeared ...

The long-term effects are a lot of carbohydrates, too much nutrition, and total inability to produce growth hormones (which are only released without insulin). Without growth hormone, less muscle is created, so there's less chance of burning fat! This means that the food you eat, especially if your calories are solid into Tummy fat, will not change.

Trans fats tend to inhibit normal hormone activity and can take months to get rid of your system. This can lead to conditions like PolyCystic Ovarian Disorders (PCOS), Endometriosis, Fibroids and impaired glucose regulation, to name a few. The hormone imbalance along with the increase in fat cells is why you can find it challenging to lose weight and all your diet and exercise attempts do not seem to work.

So what do you do if you have 'Fat Trans'?

The overall result of Trans Fat in your diet is the hormone imbalance and weight loss that will not change, even with the strictest calorie diet and exercise. Changing your diet and incorporating foods and heart-raising strategies to help eliminate them is the first step. It will take time and not something you can achieve in a few weeks. You also need to work on fixing the imbalances that have occurred and working to repair the damage done. But the good news is, with the right guidelines and strategies for balancing your hormones, you can lose weight!
