What Is My Dosha?

Every human being is born in the combination of Dosha himself. It is determined during the concept. The incorporation of the "Water" "Bile" "Mucus" principle in the parent is reorganized when the sperm fills the egg. Additional energy / radiation and other environmental influences impose a "universal cliché" on the combination of Dosha / these principles, and determine it for life.

In this way, the individual Doshas will determine the bones and body frames, mental tendencies, character traits, gustatory habits, life expectancy and more.

IN THE PROCESS OF LIFE WE CAN USE THE RISK AND DESTROY THE RATIO PRINCIPLES OF THREE / DOSHAS PRINCIPLES. WE MAKE OUR DONE.

But once we intentionally stop doing that, the combination of our Doshas / principles, quickly returns to what we were born with.

Depending on where Dosha exists in the body, develops an individual constitution. According to Ayurveda, Chzud-Shi, and even modern science, you are seven human beings and a lot of middlemen. The three types are Monodosha - one of the most pronounced Doshas. The next three are the two Doshas / principles-wind-Bile (Vata-Pitta), Wind-Mucus (Vata-Kapha) and Bile-Mucus (Pitta-Kapha) and the latter type is the Doshas.

After you score the points you believe represent the best, separately calculate the scores for each Dosha by adding them together - for Vatta, Pitta ... Then see which Dosha or some of them scored the highest. If the number you scored on one Dosha is 10 times higher then the next Dosha, this is the usual Dosha.

It is important to know what Dosha is and how it affects our bodies. When we have that knowledge, we have the tools to influence not only our mood, body, self-esteem, but also our lives completely.
