IN MY CONTINUOUS QUEST to lose bad stomach fat, I've studied the benefits of fiber. I love sharing what I know. It helped me lose 30 pounds and 3 inches from my waist for the last five months. First of all, inadequate signs of fiber intake include diseases such as cancer (colon, breast, prostate), high cholesterol, heart disease, vascular disease, type 2 diabetes, various digestive problems (colon, constipation, appendicitis, colitis, and diverticulosis), and of course BELLY FAT.

Best Source of Fiber

Some categories of foods provide fiber that helps kill belly fat.

1. Why Fiber?

First of all, high fiber foods take longer to chew and that slows you down. In fact, the slower and longer you chew your food, the better any food, better for digestion. Fiber also absorbs the absorption of sugars and fats and causes low insulin so your body burns more belly fat. In addition, fiber intake makes you feel full and you eat less because of your appetite suppression. And if you drink 16 ounces of water before you eat your fiber, the fiber foods absorb water, swell, and make you full of fat.

Advice to Increase Your Fiber Usage

· Eat whole fruits instead of juice

· Use only grains such as wheat, wheat bread

· Try to include some high fiber foods in each dish

· Try to add beans to at least one meal daily, they are great in salads too

· Add chopped raw vegetables to casseroles and soups
