Sodas (diet and normal)

There is little information about the effects of regular diets and sodas on Rosacea diets. But what is known is that aspartam, which is widely used to drink this drink often has adverse effects on people with Rosacea. It is believed that aspartam breaks into the stomach into different chemicals including methanol and formaldehyde.

It has also been shown that excess sugar in ordinary soda is a vascular circulator, which may be one of the causes of redness on the skin's surface.

Milk.

Milk is rarely reported as a leading cause of Rosacea, but recent research has shown otherwise.

The three foods responsible for more allergies and adverse reactions are sugars, wheat and dairy products.

Milk produces a sugar molecule, or glycano called Neu5Gc that is not natural to the human body. Our body then produces an anti-glycogen in response. This often triggers an immune response that some believe is a major Rosacea trigger.
