Beliefs and Weight Loss

Do you know that deep down in your subconscious mind you have beliefs and motives that influence your life? These beliefs and motives within the limits of your subconscious mind do not operate unknowingly. They affect how you behave and how your cells respond. You may be surprised to find that your cells are affected by your emotions ... or maybe you already know.

During our life we sometimes get hurt by others and this pain can be devastating if not addressed and resolved. Depressing our pain is the worst thing we can do to our body, as repressed injuries can be mental, mental and / or physical.

Cells are living things, they respond at all times to your thoughts and you are aware of most of your thoughts and beliefs. Unfortunately, you also have a lot of unconscious beliefs and thoughts that have been developed during your formative years and these forgotten beliefs may cause you pain. Forgotten beliefs come from past experiences that hurt you. These experiences are usually suppressed because you do not want to continue to have repeated memory, but, if the pain and pain of these memories are not resolved, the illness can occur. Illness is often referred to as a disease, or more accidentally. Why would that body be weak? Self-inflicted thoughts like "is it my fault?" or "I'm a fool" is a thought that causes the body to lose its ability. In my work as a healer, I cannot help but find women who have been raped, they are often overweight and dissatisfied. They'll come to see me because they want to lose weight. Using hypnosis, they expect me to work on their eating habits or exercise habits to motivate them but I won't. Instead, I would ask them once in hypnosis to show me the source of their weight problem, and surprise they would see rape earlier. To their surprise, they find that they have long held the belief that it was their fault, that they must do something wrong. So it made sense to them that they had put on weight to look less attractive to men, for fear of rape ever again. Working on their belief system is fundamental to their ability to lose weight. Working on their forgiveness to overcome their belief that their mistakes are fundamentally important to their healing. It's amazing that over the next few months, these women will begin to lose weight and gain confidence. Important thoughts, suppressed thoughts and hidden things are even more so. You can find this source of confidence using the exercises in the book From Crappy to Happy, and start healing your way to happiness.
