Simple Exercise to Get Rid of That Pot Belly

Want to get rid of that pot belly? I can help. I have a simple exercise that is practiced daily that will help you lose belly fat and remove extra luggage around your middle but you need to incorporate this exercise along with a good weight loss program into your daily life.

The truth about the pot belly is that they didn't come overnight and they wouldn't leave without a serious job. Over the years, we have had a warm welcome with our middle-aged friends and have rested in our gut. Remember every time a sexy-looking expert opposite us would suck in our intestines? We were weak and while the abdominal muscles were still; they are hidden by the fat layer.

We need to regain the ability to suck in our gut and lose a few extra pounds around our middle. First, you need to start weight loss workouts and programs to lose weight and strengthen your inactive muscles.

The simple system that I recommend to help get rid of your pot belly is quite simple. To start you will be in a standing position. As you relax put your index finger on your belly button, then stick to your intestines as far as possible. Hold your stomach for 10 to 30 seconds. Then relax and let your stomach out and repeat this process for 3 to 5 minutes. Do not stop breathing during exercise. Do this routine at least 3 to 4 times daily and you'll be amazed at the results in no time.

We need to regain the habit of sucking in our gut; before we get comfortable with our middle-aged friends, we keep our intestines intact throughout the day.

For faster results, try incorporating more intensive routines into your daily life. Bind a short strap around your middle with your stomach sucked during the day. Leave it on for 30 minutes (you can cover it with your shirt) and this will remind you to keep your stomach inhaled during training. After a short while I know you will be happy with the results, however, making sure you follow the other exercises you do to get yourself in shape and lose extra pounds.
