How to Clean Up Your Diet and Lose Weight Fast by Eliminating the Five Most Unhealthy Foods

One of the most common mistakes people make is paying little or no attention to what they eat. The smart thing to do is to lose weight quickly clean your food and eliminate the most unhealthy foods.

Here it is the five most unhealthy foods to get rid of your diet if you want to lose weight fast:

1) Soda or Soft Drinks

Many people have a habit of consuming their food with soda or soft drinks. That means eating at least three sodas daily. If you know that one soda can equal 10 teaspoons of sugar, can you still drink it?

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Nutrition Guidelines (ATAA), a person on a 2,000-calorie diet requires no more than 8 tablespoons of sugar daily. That's less than the sugar content in a 12 ounce baking soda! Drinking more than one soda a day can add nothing but a ton of calories and fat to your diet. In fact, you do NOT really need calcium soda at all because sugar occurs naturally in the milk we drink and in the fruits and processed foods we eat. Think of jams and sweet jelly.

Clean your diet and break your soda habit by drinking plenty of water, green, black or herbal tea.

2) Fruit Juice

Fruit juice is often confused as a healthy alternative to soda. Although packed with vitamins, fruit juice is also full of sugar, more than eating the fruit itself. Drinking fruit juice with regular meals is unhealthy because it likes blood sugar. Commercial fruit juice sold in liters packs worse. They are often liked with extra sugar. Eat fruit instead.

3) White Bread And Refined Carbs

White bread is made from fine grains and fine grains have little nutritional value because the germ and bran layers are removed. White bread is a very low fiber so your body digests them quickly, making you hungry and longing for more. Losing weight quickly, also reduces other carbohydrates such as white rice and pasta made from fine white flour. Clean up your diet by eating more coarse, wheat or rye bread. Choose cereal rice and pasta to avoid blood sugar spikes, food cravings and eating.

4) Foods with Trans Fat

Foods high in trans fat are not good for our health and liver but are found in many modern foods. The list of unhealthy trans fats found in our local supermarkets is staggering: margarine, cakes, donuts, fries, cakes, popcorn, frozen foods, pies, potato chips, crackers and many more commercial baked goods. Trans fats appear on food labels as partially hydrogenated oils and vegetable reduction. Clean your diet by cutting processed and packed foods.

5) Deep Fried Food

Deep fried foods are high in calories but very high in calories and saturated fat. Because most fried foods are in fast food joints and restaurants are fried in repeated oils, eating fried foods can pose serious health risks due to the highly disruptive causes of carcinogens. To lose weight fast, clean up your diet by eliminating deep fried foods like fried chicken, fried fish, chocolate hash, fried potatoes and onion rings.
