It's called "nICE", because it is more environmentally friendly than milk, and does not interfere with animals in the making.

So what exactly is nICE Cream?

The basics are frozen bananas, a little milk-free liquid, some sort of additive and strong blender or maybe a food processor. When added to the right part, the ingredients form a cream-colored dessert. It may sound obvious, boring or too easy here, but that doesn't go into any fun ways to & # 39; add & # 39; to him. Why isn't this just 'some smoothie', why would this work in MY blender?

Blueberry bananas may be hard to find ... but when does retail provide you with strawberry-blueberry-bananas? (This is a great combination) Bananas have a light flavor that is easily covered by other stronger flavors. You choose whether to highlight it, or push it into the background for variety.

Getting Started: Basic Recipes

This will make some of the most basic portions of chocolate cream. It lets you see how easy it is, and then you can develop your own recipe, or browse the internet for more.

2 frozen bananas (peel them raw, wrap them in plastic wrap, then freeze for easy use)

2 tbsp almond / rice / butter / banana or milk without choice

1 tbsp almond butter (no sugar)

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 tsp cocoa powder without sugar

When you want to eat a good cream, just enter the entire list above to make it & you're ready to serve. You need a strong grinder or food processor as it is a "dry" recipe. Mix several times / pulse repeatedly to get the right consistency. Don't follow the temptation to add extra liquid, or it will become a smoothie. (not terrible, but not what you are after)

Don't stop here though!

Basic chocolates are just the beginning, continue exploring the possibilities with other fruits, or skip the chocolates and use frozen blueberries. Put PB instead of AB, and sprinkle some mini-list chips straight away and ... and so on. Most people do not get enough fiber in their diet every day, thanks to processed foods. And, no one really thinks of dessert as 'fiber rich foods'. ... but this can change it. Whole fruits (not juices), bananas and chia seeds all in good cream add a healthy dose of fiber. Fiber not only makes you feel fuller, it can help the body slow down the conversion of carbohydrates into sugars, beneficial bacteria, help the intestines move food more efficiently, and use more bile acids that can lower cholesterol.
