Suffer With A Bloated Stomach? 10 Ways To Have a Flat Belly

An bloated stomach is something you can avoid easily, as long as it doesn't come from an extra pound or result from medical conditions (such as liver or heart disease). How to do this - avoid accumulating gas in your stomach or intestines, as this will lead to uncomfortable feelings and bulges that look great.

It is actually a powerful myth that the bloated stomach is the result of fluid accumulation, called water weight. This is not true at all. In fact, the stomach is not a fluid place to gather first in healthy individuals - they will be observed on the feet and ankles for anyone.

So if it's not water, what causes the gas to build up in your stomach and make an impact on how you look and feel? Here are ten possible suggestions that might just explain the bloated stomach.

1. Constipation: Too much fiber, fluid and activity can cause constipation and cause bloating. Eat high fiber (25 grams daily for women; 38 for men) from cereals, fruits and vegetables, peas, nuts and seeds. You also want to make sure you are getting enough fluids - aim 6-8 glasses a day. Activate at least 30 minutes a day, five days a week.

2. Food allergy / intolerance: can cause both gas and bloating and can be confirmed by a visit to your doctor. Resist the temptation to self-diagnose and then eliminate healthy dairy and cereals from your diet when this is not necessary. You can reduce the amount of food you suspect, or eat it with other foods, or try cheese and yogurt as they are lower in lactose to see how your body reacts.

3. Eat too fast: That's what Mom always warned about ... eating too fast and you swallowed air and this led to bloating. You need to slow down, chew well and enjoy your meal. The meal should last for at least half an hour, and remember that digestion begins in the mouth. So try cutting it off by chewing your food better ... just like Mom told you.

4. Limit carbonated drinks: as fizz in soda and other drinks can cause gas to get stuck in your stomach. Instead try water provided with lemon, lime or cucumber. If you must have a carbonated drink, at least cut down on the number you have a day and try another drink - peppermint tea for a healthy and healthy change.

5. Don't chew gum too much: because it can swallow air, which causes bloating. If you have a hard gum habit, replace a piece of gum by sucking on a mint or hard candy. Healthy snacks are also a good choice.

6. Watching sugar free foods: as this can cause you to consume too much sugar alcohol in sweet and sugary foods and drinks, this can cause bloating. You want to limit your consumption of cooked foods / drinks to no more than 2 to 3 servings per day.

7. Limit sodium: Highly processed foods are high in sodium and low in fiber, both of which can contribute to the taste (and appearance) of bloating. You should start reading the food labels and shooting no more than 500 mg of sodium per serving in processed, canned or frozen foods. You want to save a daily intake of sodium at 2,300 mg.

8. Go slowly with gas-producing foods: There are some foods, such as peanuts and vegetable family members, which if not used for eating can cause bloating discomfort. It works well for you to diet into your diet slowly, or try to take anti-gas products as directed when you plan to eat them.

9. Eat less, less often: This alternative meal schedule can help you get rid of the bloated feeling that comes after a big meal. Eating more often can also help keep your blood sugar stable and manage your hunger. Make sure the amount of food and calories is in line with what you need, and don't make more, larger meals.

10. Try anti-inflammatory foods / drinks: as some studies show that tea, ginger, pineapple, parsley and yogurt with probiotics (good bacteria) can help reduce bloating.

Understanding this place's exercises will help your stomach look flat, but that's because you tighten up and strengthen your abdominal muscles, not because doing specific, specific exercises has been amazing. Pilates Training and Exercise Training are some of the best exercises we know.

Experts agree that laziness, water pills and fasting are not ways to get rid of bloated stomachs, or lose weight. Losing even a few pounds will help your stomach see (and feel) the trimmer, because most people who lose fat usually do it from the abdomen more than the rest of the body. This applies to every body type and weight loss.
