Irritable Bowel Syndrome - What to Eat When You Suffer from IBS

IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome is not a true disease; it is classified as a functional disorder. Whatever is described as, if you have it, you suffer, and you feel pain and pain.

When it comes to nutrition, check out the following important rules to control your symptoms and avoid these foods if you can, as they are known to cause IBS symptoms:

Fat foods like fries, dairy products like cheese or ice cream (except yogurt and parmesan cheese), chocolate, alcohol, caffeine (found in coffee and some soda), carbonated drinks such as soda.

Eat fiber-rich foods. Fiber can be helpful as it improves how the bowel works, whether you have diarrhea, constipation or both.
