Green Smoothie Recipes Made Easy

Green smoothies are super easy to make, provide energy and health benefits, and are great for losing weight naturally. My favorite benefit is that it is anti-aging and nutrient dense. You will learn 10 top tips for making healthy green smoothies.

I use my Vitamix Blender to make smoothies every morning that I can inhale through breakfast and throughout the day

Green slimming retains my energy levels and starves me. I enjoy a healthy smoothie in the morning, so I have lunch with my choice, resembling more smoothies between lunch and dinner and a simple dinner.

You will naturally achieve your ideal weight by doing this. We need to stop this epidemic of taking a diet pill and a yo-yo diet. Unless there are medical reasons (such as hypothyroidism issues that slow down your metabolism), there is no reason that you will not lose weight if you follow a healthy lifestyle.

But I'm shaking ... back to the green smoothie recipe.

Here are 10 tips to get you started on your green smoothie:

1. Use one or two fresh or frozen fruit as a natural sweetener. Bananas, sweet potatoes, pineapple, kiwi, pear, berries. The choice is endless.

2. Cucumber, honey dew, watermelon are excellent as a basis for extra water content.

3. Add half the radish or half the celery sticks to one way slice in some extra vegetables. Again experiment with other vegetables.

4. Add ice and / or water to make your smoothie the consistency you like. I like thin consistency so I can easily breathe with straw.

5. Choose leafy greens such as spinach or kale, or parsley and coriander. Herbs have great detoxification properties so don't forget. Rotate your vegetables and try something different. Add about one cupful of green of your choice or start with a smaller quantity if you are just making smoothies.

6. You can add juices to make them sweeter like cranberries, oranges, and pineapple. Please make sure you do not add too much, as you get the sweetness of the fruit you add.

7. Adding a tablespoon of neat powder is a great way to get some extra natural protein. Seeds / powders are a complete protein, have Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs), high fiber and are rich in minerals such as iron and magnesium.

8. Please try to buy organic if possible. That's less chemicals, pesticides, and herbicides in your smoothie.

9. I suggest you invest in a great blender. And I'm very biased with my Vitamix. It is a powerful grinder whose most refined fans and raw ingredients are used for their creations. It's pricy but once you have one, you won't see another blender. And he will pay himself many times.

10. Have fun creating your combinations. Use left over vegetables and whatever fruit you have on hand and get creative.
