We all know that soda is one of the worst things you can drink while trying to conceive, with all the chemicals, high fructose corn syrup, and some health issues that can be a direct result of these carbonated cocktails worshiped by those who don't care. with their health or their body. Ok, so now all these studies and facts come out saying how bad diet soda is and how it makes you fatter, when everyone thinks regular soda is a bad guy. Well, there are many factors that you need to be aware of first.

Right off the bat, all artificial sweeteners in diet drinks create a negative hormone response in your body and fat storage hormones increase production. When this happens, the hormone store fat tells your body to starve for more sugars and carbohydrates in a short period of time after eating a diet.

Another reason why people become fatter when they drink dietary drinks is because they consciously think they can eat more than others, which means more daily calorie intake.

This is to inform you that you really need to stop taking dietary soda or other diet drinks with artificial sweeteners. There is no other way around it.

So what is a good alternative to a diet beverage?

One of the best is regular water with lemon wedge or sugar-free tea. many options. Many of your choices are Black, White, Green, Red or Oolong. You can get creative and as a bonus you get more antioxidents.
