7 Foods That Cause Gout

One of the main reasons for gout is to eat a high protein diet. This is because purines turn into uric acid that can accumulate in your joints leading to painful attacks. One of the best ways to prevent this disease is to eat it properly. Here is a list of 7 common foods that cause gout:

1. Bacon. These popular breakfast foods can lead to very painful problems as they are high in purines and nitrates. Not to mention sodium can diagnose you which increases your risk of developing a flare up.

2. Hot dog. Hot dogs, whether turkey, chicken, or beef can be very detrimental to your treatment. These three meats are at least fairly high in purine. Hot dogs also contain organs. This is where the highest level exists.

3. Food Games. Wild game such as deer, pheasant, squirrel, and gum should also be avoided due to its high volume. Although you think that these animals will not cause us harm, especially since they are not steroids that are filled with some meat products, unfortunately, they tend to have relatively high levels. In fact, the worst and most prolonged case of gout I had was eating deer every day for a few days for a change of pace since I didn't realize I wasn't good for my condition when I ate it. My attack lasted a month.

4. Chicken. As mentioned earlier, turkeys and chickens are considered to be in high enough numbers. They also depend on people. I know people who can't eat chicken at all, but it's my staple meat and I don't remember ever having attacks because I ate chicken, but I attacked after eating turkey. Again, eat moderately if you are unsure if chicken or any of these foods will cause you to have an attack.

5. Specific Seafood. Certain fish and shellfish are not good for you if you are exposed to gout. Salmon have high levels of prawns and crabs. In fact, salmon have two levels as chicken. This is a shameless salmon that is bad for gout patients, as this excellent food has a healthy dose of omega 3 oils that actually helps treat gout. I recommend you use the supplement instead.

6. Alcoholic beverages Alcohol is probably one of the most common causes of gout. Beer tends to cause more problems than wine. Beer contains almost 8 times as much alcohol as alcohol.

7. Beans / Lentils Beans are not good for you to eat if you have gout. Peas are slightly higher in purines than chickens, but black beans are higher than chickens. Again, everyone is different. Some can eat this food without any problems and some will suffer.

It's important to test your diet moderately until you know what your body can control. Knowing what foods can cause you gout pain will definitely help you with your gout prevention diet.
