5 Delicious Ways To Make Your Dukan Diet Menu And Recipes Taste Amazing

Eating bland, unattractive foods is not a good idea if you can avoid them. Some people make the mistake of thinking that the Dukan diet should be difficult, if easy, then it can't be good. Nothing could be further from the truth! You do not need to starve to lose weight and you do not have to eat boring, tasteless, food either. 1. Mustard and radish

You can add instant flavor to your meal by adding a little mustard. Both French and English seaweeds are allowed in all phases of the Dukan diet. Horseradish adds its unique heat to the meat and is also allowed during all phases. If you like Japanese food, wasabi, some kind of radish sauce, and ginger are both allowed. They go with fish, which is why they are often served with sushi.

2. Vinegar

You can have all kinds of vinegar to use as a seasoning. The most delicious vinegar, in my opinion at least, is balsamic vinegar. It adds a sweet and sour taste to salads and meat. You can add vinegar to foods at all levels of your diet.

3. Gherkins and pickled onions

Pickled gherkins and pickled onions can be added to your diet to give you more tang and complexity. You can add this, considered as seasoning, during the Attack phase but if you eat a lot, then you should consider it a vegetable and only eat on protein and vegetable days.

4. Sweetener

You are not allowed to add any extra sugar during the Dukan diet. However, if you have sweet tooth and want to make sweet desserts or like to take sugar in your tea and coffee, then you are allowed to substitute sugar sweeteners. Sweeteners can be used at all levels of the diet.

5. Vanilla and cinnamon

Vanilla can be added to your diet either from vanilla fruit or from vanilla extract. The fruit set is expensive but some vanilla seeds will put you back in the money. For sweet heat rather than sweet or savory dishes, cinnamon is a valuable addition to the Dukan diet. For a tasty treat, mix one half liter of milk scheme, a few drops of vanilla and add a sweetener to taste. You can enjoy one of these beverages daily, even during the Attack Phase.
