Why is everyone so gung ho about doing so many crunches and exercises all day long? Too many people do not know what they are doing with their work.

The real way to build a six pack package can be seen by not doing a ton of crunches on the floor while watching TV. The right way to do this is to do a variety of exercises.

But before I get into it. You must understand that if you are serious about getting six packs of abs in the quickest and easiest way you probably don't need to do more floor crunches. They are very ineffective and waste a great deal of time.

Why hundreds of things when all they do is attack your back and neck? For ab exercises you need to do exercises that really target your abs without tension.

Reverse crunches and hanging lee raises are two powerful examples. Reverse crunches are the opposite of normal crunches since your feet do all the work.

To lay on the floor. Lift your legs and bend your knees so that your calves are parallel to the floor. Then lift your legs back until your knees touch your chest. Then bring them back to the starting position and you've done one rep.

This is great for your lower explosion. So the knee lift depends. That's why you need to include both exercises for strong abrasive training.
