Dr. Sabah Ammar, a teacher at Helwan University Nursing College, reviews some studies and research esthetics and researches related to exercise, where she says: We all know the benefit and value of exercise, and the energy and vitality it brings to the body of different ages, so it is the physical exercise that is right for you. Your body benefits at the current fitness level, and the following recommendations are based on four tips that apply to anyone who wants to exercise successfully.

- Exercise regularly and persevere if you want to have long-term effects, and a two or three-month suspension from physical exercise can lead to a severe drop in your fitness level.

- Exercise three to five times a week, preferably at regular intervals at fixed times, with each exercise period ranging from 20 to 30 minutes, without stopping, or with a short break, choose the exercise that requires a high level of activity enough to make breaths As you cut off your body sweats and makes you hear your heartbeat, without being so violent that it causes you dizziness or nausea or puts your muscles or joints under strain, do exercises just before the main exercise period, and do exercises to cool the body when it's finished.

- Choose the types of exercises that you find fun for you, which you can enter into your daily activity program, and you can enter a bike ride or a quick walk to and from your work center in your regular daily activity program, the goal is to develop a habit of fitness.

- Don't try to achieve your fitness very quickly, start gently and exercise strongly enough to make you feel mildly stressed, then gradually redouble your efforts over the first four weeks, and if you are playing a stressful game, try to improve your previous performance instead of focusing on your opponent's competition.

If you are in one of the following categories, consult your doctor before starting any kind of strenuous exercise:

- Smoking delights (anyone who smokes more than 20 cigarettes a day).

- Severely obese.
Persons undergoing medical treatment or supervision due to a long-term health problem, such as high blood pressure and heart disease.

People over the age of 60, or people over 45 who have not exercised harshphysical lycance.
