Dr. Osama Hafni, consultant of physiotherapy and obesity treatment, answers, there is a safe rate of weight loss which is 2 kg per month or half a kilo per week, and should not resort to any system that leads to the rate of drop weight more than 4-5 kg per month, i.e. at the rate of 1 kg per week, and the diet must be integrated and regular. Until the body is given its needs for the necessary nutrients.

In the case of dietary programs, you should take a leave of absence from the diet every week, with patience and no urgency in losing weight, and here is a model of the diet that can be started.

• When you wake up drink a glass of water.
• After half an hour, you can have 20 grams of dark chocolate with a cup of tea or coffee and 2 tablespoons of milk can be added.
• After an hour, half a loaf of brown or two brown toast shernet with a boiled egg, 6 tablespoons of crunchy cheese or a small piece of plain white cheese can be eaten.
• Between breakfast and food you can have a cup of skimmed milk.

• Between lunch and dinner, you can eat fruit of any kind except figs.
• Dinner consists of a small dish of cumin and lemon bean, 1 teaspoon olive oil + 1/4 loaf of brown + green salad dish.
