 What is the right diet for the second week of Ramadan?

Dr. Osama Hafni, consultant of physiotherapy, answers: The appropriate program for the second week of Ramadan in which we must follow some general instructions:
1. Drink plenty of water after breakfast and after taraweeh, with an interest in drinking at least 3 liters of water per day.
2. Abdominal suction constantly
3. You should not eat anything between iftar and suhoor other than the one mentioned.
4. Walk as much as possible.
5. Tea or coffee is allowed without sugar at any time at breakfast hours.
6. You should eat 2 rose tablets with 2 cups of water at the ears of Morocco and then wait 15 minutes to pray and then breakfast afterwards.
7. Take 2 rose tablets with 2 cups of water half an hour before suhoor.

Breakfast consists of:
• 1 cup qamaruddin without sugar or oranges.
• Vegetable soup dish.
• Green salad dish.
• 2 grilled meat or 2 pieces of grilled liver, 1/4 grilled chicken or 2 grilled fish.
• Half a loaf of my country.

Between iftar and suhoor:
A medium-sized fruit. Or a cup of orange juice, a piece of knafeh (the size of a sulfur can), a piece of qataif or a piece of sham mussels.
The suhoor meal consists of:

A de-faceted yogurt cup. A medium-sized fruit.
• 2 toast slices + turkey cheese slices
• Or: 8 tablespoons bean with lemon and spices. + Half my loaf.
• Or: Boiled egg. + Crunchy cheese + 1/4 loaf
