I weigh 100 kilos and i am 170 and I am 24 years old, as I suffer from hyperglycheel obesity in the back and arm, and no matter how much I try to do diet work does not work, is there a diet that can be followed in Ramadan?

Dr. Mustafa Sari, consultant on obesity and nutrition, answers this question by saying:

A first day's diet can be followed by:

At breakfast half a cup of orange juice or grapefruit, with boiled vegetables, with any amount of meat or grilled chicken, and between breakfast and suhoor can get lemon without sugar, with coffee or tea with skimmed yogurt, while suhoor is any amount of yogurt with cucumber.

The second day is half a cup of orange juice with lemon bean, lentils or lupia, with a green salad and half a loaf of non-bran next to fruit fruit, and between breakfast and suhoor can be eaten lemon without sugar, coffee or tea with skimmed milk.

Suhoor is any amount of yogurt, cucumber and suhoor is considered constant in all days, while the third day is half a cup of orange juice or grapefruit with rice or potatoes or boiled pasta with ni vegetables in ni and fruit fruit.

The fourth and fifth day is the same thing which is half a cup of orange juice or grapefruit, with any amount of fish or pure tuna without oil with green salad, while the sixth day is half a cup of orange juice with any amount of stuffed meat only without fat or oil with salad or vegetables.

The seventh day is half a cup of orange juice or grapefruit with half a grilled or boiled chick with salad and vegetables, and this system is followed for a week, complete this works to get rid of excess weight.
