What is the diet for fourth week of Ramadan?



 Nour Abdel-Samae says, i followed the successive dieting systems for the first third weeks of Ramadan, so what is the fourth week's diet?

Dr. Osama Hafni, consultant for physiotherapy and obesity treatment, responds by saying, the program of the fourth week of Ramadan begins by observing several general instructions:
1. Drink a large glass of water half an hour before the meal, with at least 8-12 cups of water per day.
2. You should not eat anything between meals.
3. Walk an hour each day with as much movement activity as possible.
4. Tea or coffee is allowed without sugar at any time.

Breakfast:
• Half a loaf of brown, five tablespoons rice, six tablespoons pasta or 100 g boiled potatoes.
• A dish of fresh vegetable salad with lemon.
• A medium-sized dish of vegetables Zucchini, beans, peas, artichokes or okra.
• One of the following protein varieties:
• 125 g piece of meat, boiled or grilled.
• Or a quarter of a kilo of grilled fish.
• Or a quarter of a boiled or grilled chicken.
• Or 2 pieces of medium-sized liver grilled.
• Or a medium-sized dish of lentil soup.
• Or 2 omelettes with 50 grams of fried pastrami with a small piece of butter.
• Fruit fruit from "orange, tangerine, guava or pears", or two fruits of peaches or 3 fruits of apricotor or banana or (one qataif or mussels or a can of sulfur) once a week for sweets.

Meal at 12 o'clock
O cup medium-sized skimmed yogurt.
O Medium-sized salad dish.
A cup of grapefruit juice.
A teaspoon of honey.

The suhoor meal consists of:

• 1 cup grapefruit juice
• 1/4 loaf of brown bread or toast.
• Boiled egg, piece of croax cheese or 8 tablespoons bean meds (1 tablespoon olive oil can be added).
• 2 fruits of tomatoes.
• Tea or coffee and can add a quarter cup of skimmed milk.
