Dr. Osama Hafni, consultant of physiotherapy and obesity treatment, answers: Diet in Ramadan contains four food programs covering the four weeks of the month, and of course fasting is a great worship that gets used to patience for food and drink no matter what the temptations, and this is a good occasion to commit With a diet ary program and a lower weight, there are food programs that fit ramadan each week and you should take a day off every two weeks.
The first program for the first week of Ramadan is:
Suhoor Breakfast
Day 1:
1 cup orange or grapefruit juice + 4 tablespoons beans + boiled eggs + 2 slicebrown toast. 3 dates + 200 g meat, duck piece, quarter chick or 200 g rumi + tomatoes + 3 tablespoons rice with vegetables any amount + half a cup qamaruddin without sugar, orange or grapefruit
Two hours after breakfast, an apple or 1 cat.
Day 2:
1 cup fat-free yogurt + half grapefruit + 1/4 loaf + slice of cheese of any kind + cup soup juice with lemon + sautéed vegetable dish + half a can of tuna + 2 slice brown toast + lettuce + half tomato esthana + carrots
Day 3:
slice of brown toast wiped quraysh cheese + a cup of low fat yogurt + apple + cutaev or sham mussels one piece 4 tablespoons boiled pasta with tomato sauce without oil + green salad + luncheon slice or small steak
Two hours later, a piece of a can of sulphur or fruit.
Day 4:
1/2 cup tomato juice + 2 slice brown toast + crunchy cheese + 5 tablespoons beans soup dish + vegetables of any kind + liver slice or small steak + half tomato fruit + 4 tablespoons boiled rice
Day 5:
omelette or boiled egg + 2 slices brown toast + a cup of yogurt + fruit cup vegetable soup + skinless chicken hip + half a cup boiled basket + tomato salad plate + half boiled potatoes + small banana or 1 cutave
Day 6:
brown toast slice + cheese slice + 3 tablespoons beans meds + 1 cup fat-free yogurt + grapefruit 100 g meat + vegetables of any kind + 3 tablespoons rice + green salad
Two hours later, a piece of a can of sulphur or fruit.
Day 7:
Leave to eat what you want, but in moderation.
