Walking on a daily basis saves you from obesity.

Dr. Sabah Ammar, a teacher in the Department of Internal Medicine and Surgery, Helwan University, reviews some studies related to obesity, where she says: Obesity is one of the problems of the times, and it is spread in all countries of the world without exception and in Egypt here, because of the love of Egyptians and their art and their prowess in inventing delicious and delicious food away from Health ratios and quantities of items allowed.

Obesity has been prominent in doctors' health concerns, due to the fact that it is related to many diseases, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, coronary heart disease, joint friction... to other diseases.

Obesity is an increase in body weight from the normal limit due to the accumulation of fat, and is known as increasing the weight of a person more than 30% of the ideal weight, and the accumulation of body fat is produced by increasing the size of fat cells, where the normal human body contains about 30-35 billion fat cells and increases in size when increasing Weight, as the increase continues, new fat cells are formed, and these new cells are difficult for the body to get rid of later. It is therefore clear why weight loss is difficult after a significant increase.

The amount of body fat is measured by measuring the thickness of the skin and this method is easy and almost accurate, because half of the fat in the body accumulates under the skin. The amount of fat can be measured more accurately, by the weight of the body underwater or by the delivery of a weak electrical current to the body by two electrodes, and the amount of fat is measured according to the resistance encountered by the current as it passes through the body, and these methods are usually used to determine the rate of obesity in sports heroes.

Obesity is due to two main reasons:

Increase body energy and lack of energy.

Obesity is not only an aesthetic or psychological problem, but also a health problem in every sense of the word. People who weigh about 40% more than normal weight are twice as likely to have many health problems, including early death, twice as many people with normal weights.
