I am 23 years old and I worked a diet to lose weight of 10 k, and lost the first 5 kilos easily, while the other 5 kilos slow down, why.. Am I supposed to walk half an hour a day?

This question is answered by Dr. Medhat Khalil, consultant of Gastroenterology, hepatology and therapeutic nutrition at the Faculty of Medicine of Cairo University, saying: There is a diet that reduces the number of calories, so the weight decreases in the first diet only, and then the body begins to work resistance to lose weight, it must be Re-choosing a healthy diet, because the body is made up of water, muscles, organs, bones and fats, so it may have lost a lot of water in the body.

A regular and balanced diet, with increased activity and daily movement, and most importantly the walking time, is to increase the number of walking steps throughout the day without stopping, in order to burn calories, as well as change the life-changing options such as eliminating laziness and inactivity to burn calories.
