 Is there a summer diet?

In summer, the temperature rises, i eat fluids a lot and I would like to follow a diet that eliminates obesity.

This question is answered by Dr. Hani Kamal, consultant of obesity treatment, saying: There is a lot in the summer eating ice cream, pulp and carbonated water and all of this leads to weight gain and there is no diet system dedicated to summer but can follow a set of tips to avoid high-calorie summer fruits Such as mango and dates with too much apple eating with care to eat three daily meals parallel meaning that each meal contains the nutrients necessary to build the body with not refraining from eating sugar definitively in the day but eating it no more than 6 teaspoons and avoid eating pickles with exercise For half an hour of walking a day, the meal should contain 70 percent protein and 20 percent vegetables, preferably boiled with 10 percent sugar and fruit.
