This question is answered by Dr. Mustafa Sari, consultant of obesity and nutrition, saying: You can follow a diet that begins when you hear the ears half a cup of fat-free rib milk or two dates or a cup of vegetable soup or lentil soup.

After the Maghrib prayer, you can eat half a chick, two slices of meat or two grilled fish with a green salad and a fresh cooked vegetable next to two tablespoons of rice or a toast slice, and between iftar and suhoor can be eaten daily fruit fruit or a small piece of knafeh.

The suhoor meal is two cans of yogurt with two fruit fruits or five tablespoons of lemon bean with green salad and a slice of toast or one can of yogurt with a boiled egg and a toast slice and follows this system for a week in Ramadan.
