Dinner: Brown loaf + 3 tasty tablets + salad plate + 5 tablespoons crunchy cheese.
Snack when hungry
brown toast slice + 1 teaspoon apricot jam + orange.
Calories 1500 protein 65 g fat 18 g starches 280 g.
