My engagement date is two weeks from now and I want to lose 6 to 5 kilos in this period without affecting the freshness of my skin or my health condition in general, given that I weigh 83 kilos and i am 167 cm tall and I am 24 years old?

This question is answered by Dr. Khaled Youssef, nutritionist, obesity and thinness, a member of the Egyptian Society for Obesity Studies and a member of the American Society of Obesity, saying: For weight loss while maintaining public health and facial freshness, it is preferable to follow the following system, which is:

Breakfast:
1/2 cup a night added to the fat milk and a cup of yogurt added to it spoon wheat germ, which contains many important vitamins that increase the freshness of the skin.
Between breakfast and lunch, it is best to have an apple with sliced red cabbage.

Lunch:
A can of oil-filtered tuna or grilled tilapia with a green salad dish without tomatoes, four tablespoons of rice or a loaf of bread.

Dinner:
A cup of light yogurt with 2 kiwi or medium orange and preferably drink three cups of green tea throughout the day with a glass of cinnamon or lemon ginger before breakfast and dinner.
