I am 39 years old and I recently removed a cancerous tumor from the chest, and now I am in the stage of chemotherapy, and the treating doctor advised me to take care of food. How can I eat important nutrients for this period without getting obese?

This question is answered by Dr. Khaled Youssef, a specialist in obesity and thinness, a member of the Egyptian Society for Obesity Studies, a member of the American Society for the Treatment of Obesity, saying: For cancer patients it is always recommended to pay attention to eating foods that contain high antioxidants, which work to attack Cancer cells and strengthening of the immune system against them include:

Carrots in red and orange color as well as one cup per day of tomato juice, which is one of the strongest antioxidants.

Eat a daily dish of therapeutic salad for this condition which consists of:
Rumi peppers of all colors, dill, parsley, olive slices, red cabbage onions, garlic, tomatoes, thyme, olive oil.

Stay away from red meat and replace it with white meatsuch as fish and chicken, permanently refrain from eating takeaways and meals that contain saturated fat.

Eat foods that contain omega-3 scents such as salmon, macail and leaves of the plant.

Take a daily spoonful of (rashad love) and can be obtained from attar shops, which contains a very high percentage of calcium, iron and antioxidants.
Take a tablespoon of olive oil before each meal in order to strengthen the immune system cells that attack and eliminate cancer cells.
