I weighed 111 kilograms, i did a diet and i became 85, now I am about 100 kilos, and the problem is that I suffer from high blood pressure, gallstones, and i am taking a drug "Slimsv", to treat high cholesterol, and I want to lose more weight, but taking into account my health, what should I do?

This question is answered by Dr. Khaled Yousef, nutritionist, obesity and thinness, member of the Egyptian Society for The Treatment of Obesity and a member of the American Society for Obesity Studies, saying: "There are some important nutritional tips, which we invite the patient of blood pressure and cholesterol to follow on a daily basis such as:
1- Drink a glass of beet juice in the morning and evening, it helps in controlling and reducing high blood pressure.
2- Take a tablespoon of olive oil added to it three points of vinegar, just before eating, it lowers cholesterol.
3- Add a little hot oil to the bean dish at breakfast, because it helps to lower cholesterol, because this oil contains a good percentage of omega-3.
4. Eating fish, such as salmon, tuna and sardines, helps to lower LDL cholesterol.
5- Drink a cup of oatmeal daily, add to it some fat-free milk to help treat gallstones.
6- In the end, we advise the patient to stay away from eating full-fat dairy and saturated fat, taking care to exercise walking daily, for at least half an hour, with a healthy and balanced diet."
