Diet for hypertension and atherosclerosis patients

I am a 55-year-old woman with atherosclerosis, high blood pressure, and roughness of the knee, knowing that I weigh 103 kilos and 160 cm long and doctors told me of the need to lose weight.

Dr. Khaled Yousef, a nutritionist, obesity and slimmer, member of the Egyptian Society for Obesity Studies and a member of the American Society of Obesity, responds:
First of all, we advise you to follow your vegetable diet or detox for four days before starting the basic diet system and this system is:

Day 1: A vegetable salad consisting of lettuce and broccoli cucumber with boiled cauliflower and cabbage salad, in any quantity and throughout the day with no other food or beverage.

Day 2: Eat apples only throughout the day and in any amount.
Day 3: A mixture between the first and second day.
Day 4: 1 kg banana with a kilo of low-fat milk.

This system is repeated every two weeks and works to calm joint pain and reduce cholesterol and blood lipids.

It is then followed by a healthy diet consisting of:

Breakfast: It is recommended to have a cup of oatmeal or night with the addition of fat-free milk.
Lunch: Meat such as a quarter chick, steak or fish such as tuna, sardines, boiled or grilled salmon with four tablespoons of rice, a plate of vegetables and a salad dish.

Dinner: 1 cup parsley plus parsley + 2 kiwi sq or 2 medium oranges.
There are some important tips to help improve your health:

1- Drinking ginger and cinnamon to increase blood flow, which helps to improve the condition of blockage of the arteries.
2- Swallow a clove of garlic and drink a cup of carrot juice daily.
3- Eat parsley frequently throughout the day.
4- Drink drinks such as hibiscus and dom to work to lower blood pressure.
5- Eat next to lunch a therapeutic salad consisting of a tomato, arugula, parsley, onion and garlic with the addition of a spoon ful of olive oil and a spoonful of apple vinegar.
