Chili helps burn calories and reduces appetite
Recent scientific research has shown that eating chili or shat at moderate rates helps to burn more calories and reduces appetite, especially among people who are not used to eating them, which may help some to lose weight if they follow a healthy diet.
Research conducted by the Us National Institute of Health in New York revealed that eating half a teaspoon of chili or shata, whether in its raw form or in capsules, has helped moderate weights reduce their weight and burn about ten calories within four hours of taking them.
It has also been noted that spicy peppers reduce the appetite of many people, especially those who are not used to eating them continuously.
