-Boiled vegetables + toast slice or 2 tablespoons boiled rice or boiled potatoes.
Between Food and dinner:
-1 slice of biscuit or fruit.
Dinner:
Such as breakfast, food or one item of fruit except figs, grapes, dates, bananas and mangoes.
