One of the best ways to follow the diet for long periods without boredom and stress is the followers of the age diet which is built on the basis of usual eating but with a certain system and quantities with some minor adjustments to the way it is prepared, and in this way we can lose excess weight safely and healthily without The feeling that we are constrained by strict diets.

The following system is an example of this diet:
Breakfast:
2 toast age with a spoonful of light cheese or a low-sugar jam with capuchin slices, cucumber and a plain tea cup.
Lunch:
Day 1: 3 medium-sized blackmail slices of any kind with a large salad dish.
Day 2: 200 grams salmon with 4 tablespoons rice and salad.
Day 3: Mix Grill with 2 toast slices and a large salad.
Day 4: 3 lentil soup scoops with age and salad.
Day 5: 3 medium potatoes stuffed with minced meat with a salad dish.
Day 6 and 7: A can of oil-filtered tuna with a loaf of sun and a salad dish.
Dinner:
2 fruit fruit with 1 cup red grape juice without sugar or a cup of skimmed yogurt.

Drink three glasses of water before each meal and make a drink consisting of cumin, cinnamon and ginger, add lemon slices and eat 20 minutes before each meal.

This system leads to weight loss of 1.5:1 kg per week, which is the ideal rate for weight loss.
